We had a heat pump/mini split system installed by Ackerman. Our experience through the entire process was excellent. Rob did a great job on the initial visit. The system he described fit our needs perfectly and Rob was very patient and thorough in answering my questions. The installation team of Mikey, Shane, and Conner was courteous, professional, and thorough. Mikey did a great job in communicating with me as the installation progressed, and was willing to work with me when I requested ways to route the conduits to ensure they blended with the lines of the house. We had guests arriving the same week as the installation and the Ackerman crew did a great job in making sure the system was up and running prior to our company arriving. The crew also cleaned up every day before leaving. Lastly, Diana in the main office was very helpful when I called about project details and billing. Overall, my experience with Ackerman was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ackerman again and recommend them to my friends.

This past Monday a service tech named Robert came and provided a diagnostic service review of my AC system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed caring even. More than just a service guy. Props for him .

Our sales rep Rob did a great job getting us set up with exactly what we wanted and Shane and Robert on the install team were absolutely awesome to work with for the install of our mini split unit.

We had our first service done on our unit today, Kyle Bond was our technician and he did an awesome job. He was friendly, informative on how to care better for the unit between services, and completed the job efficiently and to a high standard. Just another reason why I recommend Ackerman for home heating and cooling needs.
