Dustin has worked for Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning since August of 2010. A Colfax High School graduate in 2008, Dustin has been in HVAC since 2008 and has worked in installation, service, and sales. Some of the accomplishments he is most proud of are being a dad to 4 children, receiving the Top Tech Award at Lennox Build A Tech class, and being a part of a great team that strives everyday to improve the quality of people's lives.

Angie Wick
Office Manager
Angie joined the Ackerman Heating and Air team February 2020. She was raised in Colfax and graduated in 2006. She and her husband are now raising their three children in Colfax. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing and just being outdoors. She is new to the HVAC business but is loving it so far and being able to provide quality customer experiences for the community that she grew up in is icing on the cake.

Jessica Erickson
Service Secretary
Jessica joined the Ackerman Heating and Air team in March of 2016. She was born and raised right here in Whitman County and grew up on a cattle ranch. Now residing in Garfield with her two boys. She enjoys riding horses, working with draft horses, as well as camping and ATV rides with her family. She loves this area because of the community that “everybody knows everybody.
Kyle Bond
Lead Installer
My name is Kyle Bond and I joined the Ackerman team in July of 2019. I’m currently a lead installer and I’ve really enjoyed my job and coworkers since I’ve started working here. My wife and I moved from our hometown in Roseburg, Oregon to Colfax in 2013. We have 3 kids and have loved raising them here in our traditional small-town community! My hobbies include hanging out with friends and family, joking around, and having a good time! I love to make people laugh and I’m known for being the funny guy!

Hi I’m Trent Miller and I started with Ackerman Heating in January of 2023. I moved here with my beautiful family years ago to raise our daughter in the same area my wife was raised with small town values, and hard work serving the community we love.
I have a background in business management, sales, and customer service that I’m excited to bring to the Ackerman family business and I’m ready to serve you!
Ely Hawkins
Installer
Ely was born and raised in Whitman County. He graduated from Garfield Palouse High School and attended Walla Walla Community College before moving home to Whitman County. He joined the Ackerman team in November of 2020 as an Installer. He enjoys playing golf, baseball and spending time with his family.
Shane Phillips
Installer
Shane was raised in Central Washington and is newer to the HVAC industry. He joined the Ackerman Heating team in September of 2020. He is constantly improving and learning the trade to improve the quality of your life. Shane enjoys spending time outdoors. Being with friends and family and playing with his new puppy.
Kyle McKinney
Service Technician/Duct Cleaning Specialist
Kyle was raised in Whitman County and graduated from Colfax High School. He spent many years in the agriculture field before joining the Ackerman team in March of 2021. In his free time he enjoys golfing and being with family.

Hi I am Robert Halberg. I have several years in the customer service industry and work hard to meet my customers needs. I look forward to working in the HVAC industry and serving our Ackerman customers.
Andrew Druffel

Andrew was born and raised in Clarkston. He recently joined the Ackerman Heating team in November of 2021 and he looks forward to his future in the company. He enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects around the house in his spare time.

My name is Rob Scott and I moved to Colfax in 2016 with my wife and 2 young boys. I was an installer for 15 years and moved to Sales in 2021. I look forward to many years in Colfax with Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning team.

Mikey joined the Ackerman Heating team in September of 2021. His plan is to be on the install team for
2 years and then move to the Service dept. Mikey moved to Colfax in 2007 and graduated from Colfax
Highschool in 2014. He lives in Colfax with his wife and two kids. In his free time he enjoys going golfing
or fishing.

Cate joined Ackerman Heating and Air in 2024 with 7 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Customer Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to building strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and ensuring that they feel supported every step of the way. Known for her collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork, she works closely with clients and colleagues alike to foster seamless, efficient processes resulting in positive outcomes.
